President's Message

Welcome to the Puget Sound Early Birds Car Club.

The members of the Club are vintage car enthusiasts who own a 1955,1956, or 1957 Ford Thunderbird, generally known as the ‘Little Birds”. These cars have remained popular and collectible for over 50 years.

The Club meets 12 times a year, 2 meetings and 10 events, which include driving tours, visits to area summer fairs , and social events. I urge you to click on the link to our award-winning newsletter, “The Motor Mouth”, to get a better picture of the planned current events .

If you live in the Puget Sound region and own a “Little Bird”, I hope you will consider joining our Club.   The application is on this site.

We encourage you to view our nationally acclaimed monthly newsletter, Motor Mouth.  Our Newsletter is put together by Bob Callard and many of the articles are written by Martha Callard, Jim Stott, and Nancy Niemi to name a few.   There are many interesting and informative articles in the newsletter.  The newsletter has one numerous awards over the years, but in 2011 it won the highest CTCI award, The Gold Medallion International Award.

We also would like to thank Chuck Korenko, Region 3 CTCI director for his support in the past year.  (Region 3 Letter)
